Teach: The USA Is One Nation Under God – A Covenant Christian Nation

Covenant Bible Truth: The Lord, is the God of the USA and Americans (those who believe) are His people. Psalm 33:12, 2 Corinthians 6:18

1. The Reason God Blesses the USA is because we are “One Nation Under God“.
   1. “Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD” Psalm 33:12
   2. “One nation under God” Pledge of Allegiance
      1. Which God? The Lord, the maker of heaven and earth.
      2. One nation under God is saying the USA is a covenant Christian nation.
   3. God blesses our lives and nation when we keep covenant that the USA is “one nation under God”. 2 Chronicles 15, 2 Chronicles 34 and Mark 12:30-31
   4. These 7 Bible Truths of covenant show what one nation under God is. The USA serving King Jesus in covenant is what the Word of God and the founding fathers teach. To keep covenant we agree with these 7 Bible truths and live at this level. We know “one nation under God” is God’s will, so we don’t listen to the heathen and those against God. If you have not kept covenant that the USA serves King Jesus, then agree to keep covenant now.
      
      
   5. As “one nation under God” – a covenant Christian nation – the USA is blessed and sees the Kingdom of God. The USA obeying King Jesus is the opposite of the world.
      
      
2. God commands the USA to serve King Jesus.
   1. “For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king; he will save us.” Isaiah 33:22
   2. “Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth… Kiss the Son… Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.” Psalm 2:10-12
3. All blessings come by following Jesus Christ.
   1. The founding fathers are mature Christians who dedicated their lives and the USA to Jesus Christ
      1. The secret to America is Jesus Christ. Psalm 33:12, John 8:12, Psalm2
      2. Jesus Christ is who makes America great and gives us protection and blessings. Isaiah 33:22, Isaiah 9:6, Psalm 33:12, Matthew 6:33, Psalm 2
   2. Brief history of one nation under God.
      1. Jamestown Settlers, 1607: “We do hereby dedicate this Land, and ourselves, to reach the People within these shores with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and to raise up Godly generations after us… May this Covenant of Dedication remain to all generations… May all who see this Cross, remember what we have done here, and may those who come here to inhabit join us in this Covenant…”
      2. Pilgrims, 1620: “IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN… Having undertaken for the Glory of God, and Advancement of the Christian Faith… Do by these Presents, solemnly and mutually, in the Presence of God and one another, covenant and combine ourselves together into a civil Body Politick… Anno Domini; 1620.“
      3. Keeping covenant are the Puritans, Colonialists… John Hancock, John Adams, Samuel Adams, John Jay… Francis Scott Key… Steven Andrew and you and those you minister to – your family, friends, church, Bible study group, online…
      4. American Revolution Motto: “No King But King Jesus”
         1. Americanism is Jesus Christ, Psalm 33:12, Isaiah 33:22
         2. “The highest glory of the American Revolution was this: it connected, in one indissoluble bond, the principles of civil government with the principles of Christianity.” – John Adams
            1. Covenant Christian nation government, Isaiah 33:22, Exodus 18:21, 2 Samuel 23:3, Mark 12:30
            2. The USA combines Christianity (all Christian denominations) and government as God commands. Psalm 2, Isaiah 33:22, Psalm 33:12, Mark 12:30, Matthew 6:33
   3. If you are not a Christian, call on Jesus Christ to save you. Pray and read the BIble every morning and evening. Romans 3:23, Romans 6:23, John 3:16-18, Romans 10:9-10
      
      Pray: Father, I believe Jesus Christ died on the cross to forgive my sins. You raised Jesus Christ from the dead. I confess Jesus is Lord. I am a Christian. Help me understand the Holy Bible with Your Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Prayer for Your Ministry

Father, thank You for this ACT minister who wants to do Your will and raise godly generations. May this ACT minister glorify You. Help them teach these ACT truths and Bible verses. We ask You to speak through this ACT minister. Draw the people to You to hear this ACT minister and give them tender hearts to receive the Gospel. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Extra Notes

1. Americans must guard our “one nation under God”covenant. We must keep covenant with the Lord and always say the USA is a Christian nation.
   1. Israel and Judah lost everything and went into captivity for breaking covenant.
   2. The greatest danger to the USA is people who break covenant and try to get the nation to not follow the Lord. These are the enemies of God and America.
      1. Democrats are divisive as they removed “under God” from the Pledge of Allegiance at the 2020 DNC.
      2. Be faithful to God and the founding fathers. The Bible teaches to “reject” and “condemn” the Democrats for breaking covenant (Titus 3:10, Deuteronomy 25:1). If people “love” or “help” Democrats, the Bible says God will destroy the nation as happened to Israel and Judah when they broke covenant (2 Chronicles 19:2, Ezekiel 39:23).
